CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

For almost three months, the Indians had excelled at Progressive Field, compiling the best record in baseball at home. But after falling on Friday night 7-1 in front of a capacity crowd, the Indians have now dropped four straight home games.

Josh Tomlin ran into trouble in the sixth inning with two on when he left a pitch out over the plate for Mike Moustakas, who put it into the bleachers in right for a three-run bomb. Tomlin took his sixth loss of the year, giving up 5 earned on 10 hits, he did strike out six in the defeat.

The Indians did get on the board in the ninth when Michael Brantley belted his 13th homerun of the season as he continues his All-Star candidacy. The Indians will try to snap the home losing streak on Saturday night at 7:05
