Akron man is behind bars, accused of shooting his neighbor

AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

A 25-year-old man is in critical condition, after being shot in the head by his neighbor.

This happened around 8:00 p.m. Wednesday on West Crosier Street.

Akron Police say the victim, Christopher Fenwick, and the suspect, Joseph Hrubik, 28, have had an ongoing feud.

Hrubik was arrested shortly after the shooting and is charged with felonious assault. He is currently being held in the Summit County Jail.

Fenwick is being treated at Akron General Medical Center.
