Cleveland, OH - The images were horrifying: unsuspecting drivers plunge off a collapsed bridge into a river in downtown Minneapolis.

In the wake of America's worst bridge disaster, 19 Action News Senior Correspondent Matt Stevens launched an extensive investigation of all the bridges in the Cleveland area.

He obtained a secret report that ranks all of our bridges days before it's official release. See which bridge that thousands of commuters use every single day scored a "poor" ranking, and the suburban bridge that received the worst possible score in the safety rankings.
