19 Action News Gets Action: Wheel of Justice Fugitive Arrested

Cleveland, OH - Wheel of Justice Fugitive Michael McGrath was arrested on Cleveland's west side Tuesday, after acting on a tip from a 19 Action News Viewer.

Michael McGrath was found hiding on the second floor apartment of a house on West 50th Street.

The landlord apparently gave Deputies a key to gain entry however, Mr. McGrath heard them comming and blocked the door. Deputies were able to burst through and found Michael MGrath hiding in a back bedroom pretending to be asleep.

Michael McGrath has been on the 19 Action News Wheel of Justice for a several weeks.

    Sentencing is set for this afternoon for Zachary Brody. The 27-year-old Bowling Green man has already pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and tampering with evidence in the death of Phil Masterson.
    Zachary Brody has been sentenced to 16 years behind bars.

    The 27-year-old Bowling Green man received the maximum sentence for killing Phil Masterson of Westlake.
