Scammers: Local Program Bilks Money From Hard-Working College Kids

Got a kid in college? Then you know tuition, books and board can leave you broke.

A local program promised to change that.

There's only one problem.

The students who participated called it a big scam benefiting only the man - or is it the woman behind it.
