Berea, OH - A Strongsville chiropractor accused of spying on his patients while they dressed appeared before a judge on Friday.

Dr. James Starek pleaded no contest to one charge each of Voyeurism and Obstructing Official Business, both of these charges are Misdemeanors of the second degree.

According to prosecutors, the doctor had a two-way mirror displayed on the walls between a private office and an examination room.

A complaint has also been filed with the State Medical Board.
